So, with cosmetic dentistry, it's kind of a blanket term for anything that how it looks is important. A filling in the back of your tooth, while we try to make it look great, isn't quite as critical in the aesthetics as something more upfront. So that could be procedures where we have a small chip or some discoloration in the front, and that we try to make that as nice as possible. Patients should look at our office for their cosmetic dentistry needs because we spend a lot of time researching what the latest materials are. We have a good eye for the way things should be, and we're pretty creative in how we can fix different challenges. So common procedures that you could do in aesthetic dentistry would be some porcelain crowns or some onlays, which are all-porcelain restorations. The benefits of aesthetic dentistry are that you're restoring the teeth to their proper function, but you're also doing it in a way that looks good and looks as close to the original as possible. When you come for a consultation at our office, you're greeted at the front desk, and we'll bring you into one of the operatories and discuss like, "What are your needs? What are your wants?" You know, what we want to do. From there, we can kind of go over what some of the things that we can offer for you and come up with a plan for you. And if that's looking good, then we can start the procedures in the near future.
